4. Payment & Fees
- Fares will be calculated based on distance/time or fare structure as displayed at booking (or as may be adjusted due to route changes, delays, cancellation, waiting time, surge pricing, etc.).
- You agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes, tolls, waiting charges, cancellation fees (if applicable).
- Payments must be made via payment methods supported by us; cash or other unsupported methods may not be accepted.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details at booking.
- Be ready at pickup location at scheduled time. If you cause delays or cancel after driver is assigned, cancellation or waiting charges may apply.
- Behave appropriately during the ride; do not carry prohibited items, engage in illegal activity, or cause harm/ damage to the vehicle.
- Report issues (driver behaviour, route deviation, safety concerns) to us immediately via support contact.
6. Provider Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee availability, arrival time, route accuracy, or ride conditions.
- We are not liable for accidents, delays, injuries, losses — whether due to driver negligence, traffic, weather, third-party conduct, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Our total liability to you is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the ride; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City of your choice / where your company is registered].
